The nettle belongs to the genus of the Knotis vascular plants and to the family of Canidae. It is a perennial, herbaceous, native plant and has great nutritional value. It contains vitamins, chlorophyll, nitrogen, iron and other important trace elements. Pliny and Dioscurides mention her healing properties and in many villages they get used to boiling and eating it.
Usage: As a decoction, boil 50 grams in one liter of water for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it stand for 20 minutes. Then put it in a bottle and drink whenever we want. As an infusion, put 2-3 tablespoons leaves and seeds in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Drink it in 3 servings of 2 tablespoons each day.
