Nettle has one of the broadest application spectra among herbs. It strengthens and stimulates the whole body and is one of the best natural sources of minerals. It is an excellent herb for cases of anemia, as the vitamin C contained absorbs the iron also contained. It increases the excretion of uric acid by the body, which explains the use of herbal in the treatment of gout.

It also works effectively for anything that involves high levels of histamine, e.g. eczema with very intense itching.

Tincture of organically grown fresh nettle (Urtica) extracted in alcohol (50% w / v)

 

Adults: 20 drops in a little water, 2 times a day.

Children (2-12 years): 1 drop for each year of age in a little water, 2 times a day.
